Important: In rare cases of pricing errors, system glitches, or unavailability after payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund. We are not liable for any consequential loss in such cases.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline and fare type. Most discounted/promotional fares are non-refundable. Where refunds are permitted, they are processed only after the airline approves the refund and remits the amount to us. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other travel documents required by the destination and transit countries. Today Holidays is not liable for denied boarding, deportation, or losses due to inadequate travel documentation.
